Clients may request cancellation before work has started or before any activation, setup, licensing, hosting, installation, subscription, or third-party costs have been committed.
Once a service has started, been activated, scheduled, delivered, installed, configured, or partially completed, cancellation may no longer be available.
Returns may only apply to eligible physical items supplied directly by Gabbi Digital Solutions, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, and returned within the approved return period.
Digital services, subscriptions, software licenses, hosting, APIs, custom development, installation services, and third-party services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, activated, or consumed.
