Cancellation & Return Policy

At Gabbi Digital Solutions, we aim to provide clear and fair policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refund requests.

All requests are reviewed based on the type of service, work progress, delivery status, third-party costs, and the nature of the original agreement.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work has started or before any activation, setup, licensing, hosting, installation, subscription, or third-party costs have been committed.

Once a service has started, been activated, scheduled, delivered, installed, configured, or partially completed, cancellation may no longer be available.

Cancellation approval remains subject to the order status, service type, work progress, and any costs already incurred.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns may only apply to eligible physical items supplied directly by Gabbi Digital Solutions, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, and returned within the approved return period.

Digital services, subscriptions, software licenses, hosting, APIs, custom development, installation services, and third-party services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, activated, or consumed.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
